This Privacy Policy explains how Coach Keric ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects the personal information you provide when you use coach.spa-academy.info (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.

Usage data: page views, video play / progress events, button clicks, session identifier (random string stored locally in your browser), referrer, user agent.
Attribution data: a click ID (lf_cid) issued by our marketing redirect provider, stored in a first-party cookie so we can attribute signups to the channel that brought you here.

3. How we use your data

To deliver the webinar and free call you signed up for.
To measure how well the Site performs (which videos people watch, which CTAs convert).
To attribute conversions to the marketing source.
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

Consent for non-essential cookies and analytics.
Contract for delivering the service you requested (booking the call, sending you the webinar).
Legitimate interest for measuring aggregate site usage and preventing abuse.

5. Who we share data with

Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — hosts our database where tracking events and form submissions are stored.
systeme.io — receives form submissions for email follow-up.
LinkiFunnels — receives click and conversion data for marketing attribution.
Calendly (via linkifunnels.com) — handles call booking when you click "Book My Free Call".

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

6. Data retention

We keep form submissions and tracking events for as long as needed to measure marketing performance and serve you the program (typically up to 24 months), unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at coachkeric@spa-academy.info.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures (TLS in transit, access controls at our data provider) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated on the Site.
